The way we work

Together with the client we create an accurate definition of the job requirements for the vacant job, the education and the work experience, enabling us to select and contact the appropriate candidates. We will send the written applications of selected and interested candidates to you for comments. After the pre-selection we will organise the interviews with you and advise you on the selection.
